K2 Firmware Upgrade

  1. Note: Applicable to customers who purchased players produced on or after Oct 29th, 2021. (Please check the serial number on the back of the player to know when your player was produced. For example, A061400115RG, the production date is 00115, which means that the production date is Jan 15th, 2020. A047691023RG, the production date is 91023, which means that the production date is Oct 23rd, 2019.
