Why I can’t play the music file

1.Check if the format of the file is supported by the player.
2.Check if the file is damaged. Play the file on another working device to test.
3.Check if the music file is converted.
4.Some player models may not support music file downloaded from iTunes. It need to convert to the format that the AGPTEK player supports.
5.Reboot the player.
