How to Reset AGPTEK Player

Postby agptek_admin » Fri Mar 02, 2018 7:55 am

If your AGPTEK player has stopped responding and does not work, you can reset the player to fix it.

Please note:
1. Resetting the player will put the system back to default settings.
2. Resetting the player will not delete the files or data you saved in the player.
3. Do not reset the player during normal operation or it could cause memory damage.

The way to reset depends on the model:
1. For those players designed with a reset hole, you can reset by poking the reset hole with pointed object and hold down until the screen goes off and on again, or by holding down the power button for 10s and above until the screen goes off and on again.
Relative model:
A01,A01T,A07,A16,B05,C05,G02,H2,H50,IMP,M08,M19,M20,M28,R1,R1S,R2,R2S

2. For those players without a reset hole and designed with soft power button, you can reset by holding down the power button for 10s and above until the screen goes off and on again.
Relative model:
A125,A20,A50,C2,G12,H01,H3,J2,J3,M29,MC15,U3

3.For those players without a reset hole and designed with hard slider power button, you can just slide the power button up/down or to the right/left to reboot first. If it doesn’t work, in power-on status, you can holding down the play/pause button for 10s and above until the screen goes off and on again to reset.
Relative model:
A02,A11,A12,A18,A22,A26,A29,A29T,B03,C3,G05,G05W/S,G15,G15S,M07,M23,M27,RP23,RP33,U1
